All I was focused on was graduation...

But I ended up achieving so much more than that. I've had so many amazing opportunities. I ended my two year no-title-but-kind-of-prepress-creative-guy at Point Distribution. The job that paved the way and gave me the experience I have going further into the creative industry. Travis (bossman) let me take the reigns and run wild with these insubstantial ideas and turn them into something awesome. While I was there, we launched two versions of the Point site, as well as diecutgriptape.com.

I  took pictures for all the print ads we ran for over 6 months. I took on one of Point's biggest clients and made several  series' of deck graphics. I've left that all off to Joseph, whom is now heading up all the creative work and prepress.

Point is the single most important job I've had to date. It was a bitter-sweet departure.

Move ahead from June to July. I've ended up accepting a job as a Conversion Architect at a small marketing agency here in Las Vegas. The thought of being able to turn around these web endeavors at such a high rate sounded like a dream. My first week there, I'm already assigned to a mobile website for Professional Golfer Adam Scott.

I do lots of other miscellaneous maintenance and other foundational web related stuff. I am quickly trying to wean myself from taking on more freelance projects.

Right when I least expect it, Virgen Advertising pops up. They needed a new website, and they found me through a referral. 4 rounds of revisions later, I'm offered a full-time job. I'm so beyond myself excited. Fast forward to now. August 1st.

I have a new job. I'll be graduating in September, hopefully moving out by November, and I've accepted the Interactive Director Chair for the Las Vegas AIGA Professional board. I'll be launching a site for a conference we're putting on in the next few months.

Life couldn't be better at this point in time.
